Vixen 2003 Syrah

Dry. Deep and dark. Some sweetness. Not enough for me! I'm sure this a great wine, but generally, I'm not into reds. Although, I can see how this could go well with some beef or pork.

Martin & Rossi Asti

Moderately sweet, surprisingly heavy for an asti. Almost honey-like because of its heaviness. Delightfully fizzy and a great treat to have around.

Barghetto Gewurztraminer 2007

Yum! Moderately sweet, but not overly so. Strong notes of pear. Some honey tones as well. Not too light, not too sticky sweet heavy.

Rudolph Miller Reisling

fabulous, Sweet, but not excessively. Moderately smooth. A favorite.

The Eiswein is sweeter and thicker, definitely more of an indulgence, and more desserty.

Castle Rock Cabernet Souvingnon 2007

This red is smooth, slightly sweet and not very tart. It is very drinkable, and may be one of my favorite reds.
